Frey's Better Foods Plans Small Business Saturday Events

Frey's Better Foods is planning a number of events in conjunction with Small Business Saturday, which is Nov. 30.

Small Business Saturday is a day set aside to recognize and celebrate the contributions of small, independently-owned businesses in communities throughout the country. It is always the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

At Frey's—a natural foods and health store located at 1575 Main St., Hellertown—demos, drawings, discounts and free samples will be highlights of the one-day event planned for 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

According to a flyer, there will be Himalaya, Botanique and 22 Day Bars demos from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Immune Health Basics, Nordic Naturals and Garden of Life demos from 1 to 4 p.m.

Discounts will be offered on many vitamin lines, including Nordic Naturals, TwinLab, New Chapter, GAIA, Nature's Way, Country Life, Solgar, Enzymatic Therapy, Frey's and Nature's Plus.

There will also be a drawing for a $50 Frey's gift certificate.

A 25 percent off coupon on a single non-sale item is included with the flyer, which was posted on Frey's Facebook page.

Frey's celebrated its thirtieth anniversary earlier this year, and recently joined a consortium of natural food stores to help provide customers with better pricing on a wide variety of items.
