SV Businesses Planning Small Business Saturday Events, Deals
A number of Hellertown businesses are planning special sales, promotions and/or events in conjunction with Small Business Saturday, which is this Saturday.
As part of a Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce-coordinated promotion, a number of borough businesses are planning special sales, promotions and/or events in conjunction with Small Business Saturday, which is this Saturday.
Flyers publicizing the various offerings will be handed out at Friday's Light Up Night celebration in Hellertown, which begins at 6 p.m. at Detwiller Plaza, across from Borough Hall.
Among the local businesses participating in Small Business Saturday are Lost River Caverns, Klassic Gold, Frey's Better Foods, NVS fx Salon, Saucon Valley Bikes, Doggy Dao & Cat's Meow, Premier Urgent Care and DiMaio's Family Ristorante.
Lost River Caverns has announced the following schedule, in addition to special in-house sales:
9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Kid's Corner Activity: Make your own beaded bracelet! (Limit of one per person.)
1:30 to 3:45 p.m. Live background music by Fred Gilmartin and Terry Hartzell, of Piper's Request, performing Christmas carols in a Celtic style with whistles, flutes, mandolin, banjo, fiddle and Uilleann pipes.
