L. Saucon Attorney Sentenced to State Prison for DUIs

Chrystyna M. Fenchen, 63, of Lower Saucon Township was sentenced last week to serve two to 10 years in state prison for repeatedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

A Lower Saucon Township resident who has been a practicing attorney since 1980 was sentenced to two to 10 years in state prison for repeated DUIs last week, according to an article published by the Morning Call.

According to the article, Chrystyna M. Fenchen, 63, almost fell over during a field sobriety test in Bethlehem in February, and was determined by city police to have had a blood alcohol content of .28 percent.

Fenchen was arrested and charged with DUI by Lower Saucon Township Police in April, after she was reportedly found unconscious behind the wheel of her vehicle with an open bottle of vodka in her lap in the 3600 block of Lower Saucon Road.
