Driver Passed Out Behind Wheel With Open Vodka Bottle in Lap: Police
Lower Saucon Township Police say Chrystyna M. Fenchen, of the 3600 block of Lower Saucon Road, has been charged with DUI.
A township woman has been charged with DUI, after Lower Saucon Township Police say she was found unconscious behind the wheel of her vehicle with an open bottle of vodka in her lap, according to Lower Saucon Township Police.
In a news release, police said Chrystyna M. Fenchen, of the 3600 block of Lower Saucon Road, was "found parked on an angle across her driveway" at 8:36 p.m. April 25.
Prior to pulling into her driveway, police said Fenchen "was seen driving 'all over the road.'"

Fenchen refused both field sobriety tests and a blood draw, according to police.
