Hellertown McDonald's Robber Sentenced to 5 to 10 Years in Prison

One of two men charged in the November 2010 armed robbery of the Hellertown McDonald's admitted to participating in the crime in Northampton County Court Monday, according to an article published by the Express-Times.

Alvenio Dion Culpepper, 48, of Bethlehem, was sentenced to serve five to 10 years in state prison and then five years of probation, according to the article.

Hellertown police announced in March that DNA recovered from a discarded ski mask had been linked to 24-year-old Rodney Amos Chery, who is also charged in the McDonald's robbery.
