Obituary: Albert W. 'Sonny' Reilly, 67

Albert W. "Sonny" Reilly, who died Feb. 17, 2012, was a native of Lower Saucon Township.

Albert W."Sonny" Reilly, 67, died Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 surrounded by his family at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Janet L. (Keiper) Reilly. He was born in Lower Saucon Township on Jan. 11, 1945 to the late Albert M. and Dorothy E. (Allio) Reilly. Sonny worked at the Bethlehem Steel Company in the Coke Oven Division for 31 years, until his retirement in 1995. He also owned and operated Reilly's Saw Mill for many years. He was a member of the Loyal Order Moose of Quakertown and Easton. 

Survivors:

In addition to his loving wife of 44 years last September 2; daughters: Carol L. Reilly-Rice of Lower Saucon Township and Heather E. wife of James M. Connell of Lower Saucon Township; grandchildren: Kevin William Reilly-Rice and Kelly Ann Reilly-Rice and step-granddaughters: Alexis M. Connell and Emalee M. Connell; siblings: Clifford S. and Gertrude Scobey. He was predeceased by a brother, James M. Reilly.

Service:

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8pm Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 and from 12:30 to 1pm Tuesday, Feb. 21. The calling hour Tuesday will be followed by the service at 1pm at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The interment will conclude services at Lower Saucon Cemetery, Lower Saucon Township. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
