I wonder what the property taxes are. As of January 30, 2013 the Northampton County Assessment Office shows the property as vacant land and worth $62,300. And, as usual, the county assigned a fair market value of $62,300 to the land even though the land was purchased by the builder for $225,000 in September of 2005. more ›
