Woman Charged With Possession of Drug Paraphernalia On Jan. 20 at approximately 3:04am police say Kristina Fenstermaker, of the 1100 block of Main Street, Hellertown, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped at the Sanbrook Apartments on Black River Road. Police said that as a result of the stop, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI. In a press release, police noted that at the time of the stop, Fenstermaker was "found to be in possession of a smoking device which tested positive for use of marijuana." She has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, they added.
