Township Woman Charged With DUI On May 13 at 12:04am police say Diana Ritter, of the 3200 block of Bingen Road, Lower Saucon Township, was stopped for traffic violations on Easton Road. Police said in a press release that Ritter's blood alcohol content (BAC) at the time was determined to be .16 percent. Ritter has been charged with DUI. Man Charged With DUI After Allegedly Crashing Vehicle Into Guide Rail On May 13 at 5:22am police say Ikechukwu Obiora, of the 400 block of Penn Circle, Allentown, was arrested after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a guide rail along Wassergass Road and was determined to be DUI. Man Charged with Cocaine Possession On March 6 at approximately 2am police say they stopped Anthony Jose Moina, of the 600 block of East Cumberland Street, Allentown, for allegedly failing to operate his car within a single lane of travel on Mountain Drive North. Police said in a press release that "upon stopping the vehicle (they) learned of other vehicle violations." They said an officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle, and--after permission was given to search the car--observed a beer can and an ice-filled glass in plain view. Police: Man Arrested for DUI Pulled into Different Driveways, Turned Off Headlights On Dec. 2 at about 11:12pm police say Thomas Roland Kerr II, of the 3700 block of Oakhurst Drive, Upper Saucon Township, was observed "pulling into two different driveways and turning off his (car's) headlights." Police subsequently stopped Kerr in the 1400 block of Colesville Road and say he was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. After Kerr was arrested for DUI, a blood alcohol test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of .14 percent, they added.
