Lower Saucon Township has announced the appointment of two local young people to serve as Junior Council members on township boards and committees. Jameson Packer, a senior at Saucon Valley High School, has been appointed as the Junior Council Member to Lower Saucon Township Council. Prior to this year, Jameson served two years as junior representative to the township's Planning Commission. April Koehler, a senior at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Performing Arts, has been appointed as Junior Council Member to the Township Parks & Recreation Board.
