Woman Allegedly Made Threats at Court
Lower Saucon Township Police say Lismary Moore, 33, of Bethlehem, threatened to kill a township woman during a preliminary hearing at Magisterial District Judge David Tidd's office Nov. 14.
A Bethlehem woman was charged with making terroristic threats following an alleged courtroom incident, Lower Saucon Township Police announced Tuesday. In a press release, police said Lismary Moore, 33, of the 300 block of Laury Street, was attending a preliminary hearing for her brother at District Judge David Tidd's office Nov. 14 when she allegedly threatened to kill Carlyne Wilson of Lower Saucon Township. Police described Wilson as Moore's "brother's victims' aunt" and said she was at the court to attend the preliminary hearing. When Moore made her alleged threat, police said it was overheard by a township police officer and Wilson. "Due to the severity of the threat, a warrant was issued for Moore," they added.
