Pets in Need of Homes

Pets in Need of Homes: Achilles and Ra

These and many other pets are awaiting adoption at the Center for Animal Health and Welfare in Williams Township.

ACHILLES Achilles is a handsome, big-headed hunk of American pit bull terrier. He is new to the shelter, but is quickly becoming a favorite among those who meet him. He has decent leash manners, knows some basic commands, and loves to run and play in the yard. Achilles can get pretty excited when playing, so he would acclimate best to a home without anyone very young or very old in it. Come meet him yourself and see what you think! RA Ra was abandoned at the shelter in a crate. He is about four years old, 15 pounds and very friendly. Ra is still gorgeous and looking for a forever home for his final months. Come meet Ra and …

Pets in Need of Homes

Pets in Need of Homes: Mildred and Bangles

These adorable pets from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare need new homes.

Pet profiles are provided on a weekly basis by the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042. Visit the center's website or call 610-252-7722 for more information about adopting a shelter pet. MILDRED Mildred, an older shih tzu mix, is a sweet little lady. She enjoys slow walks, doesn't mind being handled or held, and enjoys relaxing on her dog bed. She keeps her area very clean and doesn't bark much. She came to the center as a stray, very matted and hungry. She is now ready for a loving home. BANGLES Three-year-old Bangles is a cute girl who's looking for a forever home. She had issues with her ear that left it deformed, but she is loving, cute and in need of a home.
