Township Woman Charged With DUI On May 13 at 12:04am police say Diana Ritter, of the 3200 block of Bingen Road, Lower Saucon Township, was stopped for traffic violations on Easton Road. Police said in a press release that Ritter's blood alcohol content (BAC) at the time was determined to be .16 percent. Ritter has been charged with DUI. Man Charged With DUI After Allegedly Crashing Vehicle Into Guide Rail On May 13 at 5:22am police say Ikechukwu Obiora, of the 400 block of Penn Circle, Allentown, was arrested after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a guide rail along Wassergass Road and was determined to be DUI. Obiora's blood alcohol content (BAC) was determined to be .17 percent, police said in a press release. Township Man Charged …
