Attempted Arc Welder Thief Sought in Lower Saucon
Police say a man in a dark-colored pickup truck attempted to steal a Lincoln arc welder from a property in the 1200 block of Seidersville Road.
Lower Saucon Township Police say they are seeking information about the identity of a man who attempted to steal a Lincoln arc welder from a property in the 1200 block of Seidersville Road on the afternoon of Dec. 3, 2012. In a press release issued more than two months after the attempted theft, police said the man suspected of trying to steal the welder was driving a dark-colored pickup truck when he made his attempt. "While pulling the large yellow welder off of the property with a chain, the wheel fell off of the welding machine's trailer," police said, adding that the suspect "then fled the scene without the welder."
