"The Borough Business Revitalization Program (BBRP) mobilizes volunteers and municipalities, assisting them in strengthening their local economies and community structure. Each borough’s physical, economic, cultural, and historical assets are promoted - both affecting and affected by the downtown business district."

The Hellertown Borough Business Revitalization Program is overseen by Borough Business Revitalization & Regional Chamber Coordinator Mary Himmelberger, who is also the BBRP coordinator for the boroughs of Coopersburg and Alburtis.

Initiatives of the Hellertown BBRP have included:

  • Purchasing flower planters for display on sidewalks in the downtown Hellertown area.

  • Launching Saucon Valley Restaurant Week.
  • Spearheading the redesign of the Hellertown Borough logo.
  • Sponsoring an annual Community-Wide Yard Sale in Hellertown.

Monthly meetings—which are open to the public—are typically held at Cafe Erica, 637 Main St., Hellertown, on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m.
