Sherleen A. Hahn-Maines, 62, of Lower Saucon Township died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Inpatient Hospice, Allentown. She was the wife of Robert W. Maines. She was born in Fountain Hill on Oct. 30, 1950 to Shirley L. (Jamicky) Hahn of Coopersburg and the late Lloyd D. Hahn. She was a warehouse manager for Alice Kay and Charming Shops for many years, and a bookkeeper for real estate companies until retiring. Loretta K. (Bender) Mease, 78, of Bethlehem Township, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Ernest C. Mease Sr. (1988) and William E. Miller (1961). She was born in Butztown on Dec. 11, 1934 to the late Eugene and Mae (Ruch) Bender. She worked for 30 years at local textile companies until retiring, and was a member of the Ladies Garment Local Union. Sam C. Adamek, 78, formerly of Hellertown, died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Helen M. (Ganssle) Adamek, who died Dec. 12, 2006. He was born in Bethlehem on Jan. 4, 1935 to the late Frank and Mary Adamek. Sam worked in the meat department of the former Shopwell, Bethlehem and other stores until retiring in 1976. LaPorta Sr. She was born in Allentown on Feb. 1, 1938 to the late Clinton & Mabel (Sprague) Walck. Sandra worked as a homebound and substitute teacher for the former Hellertown School District.
