Southeastern Park

Southeastern Park is located in the rural southeastern corner of Lower Saucon Township. The park's features include a large picnic pavilion, a softball/little league field, restrooms, charcoal pits, horseshoe pits (horseshoes not supplied), playground equipment and a parking lot. A native wildflower meadow is currently under development in the park. A reservation system is used for scheduling events at the picnic pavilion from May through October. Reservations for the following summer season are accepted beginning in February. It's a nice place - unless you use a wheelchair. The coarse rock "moat" that surrounds the pavillion makes it inexcessible for people who depend on a wheelchair for mobility.
Hey LST, how about a simple ramp to bridge the rocks as was suggested years ago? Can anyone spell ADA?
