I contracted their towing service to deliver my vehicle at a local mechanic's shop last week. The driver accepted a cash payment & did not issue a receipt. I received a phone call from the mechanic a little while later in the day telling me my vehicle had been placed in a different parking lot near the shop but not on the shop's property with the keys still in the ignition, & I was at risk of having it impounded if it was not moved. The mechanic told me they had attempted to contact saucon collision to have this error corrected because they do not own a tow truck & the vehicle wouldn't start or drive on it's own. Saucon collision did not respond to the mechanic & blatantly ignored the issue. The mechanic had to push it into their parking lot . I contacted saucon collision about this issue myself & they promised to refund the towing fees over the phone, but when I showed up to claim my refund this crooked snake in the grass told me he would not refund my money because he didn't want to work for free. After a good bit of debate he offered to tow my vehicle back to my residence & then issue me a refund. This of course makes no sense whatsoever & is the most asinine idea ever presented by a supposed business owner. Twice the work for nothing as apposed to just issuing a refund right then & there to make up for an absolute disservice. I am appalled at the service given by these crooks! DO NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE!!! THIS STUBBORN MULE OF AN IDIOT WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!!!!

These people are rip offs. My car was towed there by police on Thankksgiving Day. I reported the accident on Friday, and I decided to pickup vehicle using my own tow comp. This business had told both myself and insurance company in a 3 way call that they were closing at 11am (though many other tow companies in the area are open the whole day). I called them to say I would have my tow guy come and get the car before 11am and wanted the charges to pay them. They told me that my car was blocked in, that they were going to leave early, refused to give me my costs and they were holding the car till Monday. Legally they can not hold someones property, it's called thief. They committed to being open till 11am. I have asked for charges, and wanted to pay, so they are now illegally holding my vehicle. I informed my insurance company and they will be contacting them asap. I am filing a police report for thief. I clicked one star, though it should be negative -100 stars. Extreme poor customer service, rudeness, and I was told 11am, 10 mins later it was we are leaving early, I said when, and was told we own this business and close whenever we please, with no explaination, no Grandma got run over by a reindeer, someone is ill, just we can close whenever we please and I will have to wait till Monday....I will fight any charges past today for storage, as I could have retrieved my car before they closed 11am.
