Se-Wy-Co Ladies Auxiliary Benefit at Friendly's, Toy Train Display: This Week

Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013
5 p.m., Friendly's Family Fun Night benefiting Se-Wy-Co Volunteer Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary, Friendly's, 3099 William Penn Highway, Easton. Ten percent of the bills of sale between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. (you must be rung out before 8 for your bill to count) will go directly to the Ladies Auxiliary. A bake sale will also take place at the location from 5 to 8 p.m. Items will include cookies, cupcakes, etc. Prices vary per item.

1 to 4 p.m., visit the Vintage Toy Train Display in the Miller's House basement, Hellertown Historical Society complex, 150 W. Walnut St., Hellertown. The display features multiple trains running simultaneously on a 144 sq. ft. layout, along with handmade scale replica buildings of some of Hellertown's familiar landmarks created by late society member Roger Shaffer.
