ELLIE

Ellie is an adult female pit bull terrier. She is calm and quiet in her kennel and enjoys the company of people. She walks well on a leash and has a hound-like quality about her. She is always "nose-to-the-ground," investigating everything she comes across. When she is out on her walks, she is much more interested in doing her own thing than she is in socializing. Inside, however, she likes to wrap her paws around you and give you hugs, and she very much enjoys getting a nice back rub. She is well behaved and knows how to sit and "give paw." Ellie is very independent and although she enjoys human companionship, she is able to keep herself contented without having constant attention. She is a real gem, and she is looking for her forever home.
