Pets in Need of Homes

Meet the Center for Animal Health and Welfare's featured animals of the week.

Each week we feature a cat and dog in need of adoption from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare (formerly the Northampton County SPCA) in Williams Township. Won't you consider bringing one of these cute little guys home?

CASH

What a smile! Cash is a one-year-old hound mix who was rescued from a high-kill shelter, and what a delight he is. He is a tall hound that loves to play ball, run and be out using his nose. For that reason he will need to be watched, as he may want to follow his nose! He is a bit strong on the leash and since he's never had a home he may need a few lessons in basic manners, but he is lovable and friendly. He likes the car and other dogs!

MUGGS

Muggs is a young, grey and white domestic shorthair. This sweet guy came to the shelter as a stray but his walking days are over and he is ready for a forever home. He is a bit on the small and thin side, but he likes to eat and has lots of energy. He gets along with other cats. Muggs is up to date on shots, altered, litter-trained and ready to go!
