Hellertown Needs Help Planting Trees

Trees and shrubs will be planted at Tuminello Park as part of a conservation project.

Hellertown Borough and the Saucon Creek Watershed Association need volunteers to help plant hundreds of trees and shrubs at Tuminello Park as part of a conservation project.

The work begins Friday, and it will continue throughout September until all the plantings are done.

Volunteers are needed on weekends and weekdays to plant the trees and shrubs at the park on Main Street (Route 412) at the south end of town, next to Neighbor’s Nursery.
