Saucon Creek Turns Yellow Thanks to Annual Duck Derby Fundraiser

The third annual Relay for Life of Saucon Valley Duck Derby was held in Hellertown Sunday. The rubber duckie 'race' raised money for the American Cancer Society.

Relay for Life of Saucon Valley's third annual Duck Derby got underway at about 11:30 Sunday morning with the traditional dumping of yellow rubber duckies into the Saucon Creek from the Water Street Bridge in Hellertown.

The ducks made their way into the water via a 4 Winds Concrete mixer truck funnel.

Proceeds from the race benefit Relay, which raises money for the American Cancer Society.
