The Saucon Rail Trail Oversight Commission will be dedicating the Saucon Rail Trail kiosk in Hellertown in honor of Carolyn Lidie, in recognition of all that she has done for the rail trail and the community. The dedication will be held at 4pm on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012 at Water Street Park in Hellertown.
