DCS Accounting Collecting Gifts for Homebound Residents
A Hellertown business hopes to make the holidays a little brighter for local homebound residents. DCS Accounting is currently collecting donated items as part of a gift drive. Items will be accepted through Dec. 15.
A Hellertown business hopes to make the holidays a little brighter for some local homebound residents.
DCS Accounting and Tax Services, 1528 Main St., is currently collecting donated new items as part of a gift drive, according to a post on their Facebook page.
Items will be accepted at the office through Dec. 15.
The donations will be used to "make up gift bags to give to a local home care [facility], so they can give them out to their clients who are alone for the holidays," the Facebook post said.
Suggested items to donate include blankets, food items (such as tea or cookies), personal care items (such as soap and hand creams) puzzles, large print puzzle books and socks.
