St. Michael the Archangel School students took part in an autumn read-in, "Fall Into Reading," at St. Joseph's Parish Center in Lower Milford Township Nov. 11.

St. Michael the Archangel School families took part in a unique autumn read-in, "Fall Into Reading," on Friday, Nov. 11.

The families of students in grades kindergarten through fourth brought their favorite books, pillows, blankets and a picnic dinner for an evening of fellowship and reading.

As part of the evening, first through fourth-graders volunteered to showcase their skills at reading aloud by participating in “Reader’s Theatre.” Teachers and school principal Lori Rutkiewicz also read stories to the gathering.
