Local Students Receive 4-Year Degrees from Lafayette
The following Hellertown area students recently graduated from Lafayette College.
Commencement exercises were held for the 177th time at Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., on May 19, 2012.
The following local residents were among the 585 students who received degrees as members of the Class of 2012:
Tyler Germanoski, of Hellertown, graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in geology and history (double major).

Rebecca Heslin, of Hellertown, graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology & sociology, with honors in anthropology & sociology.
"Award-winning television and film director, writer, producer and actor Garry Marshall gave the Commencement address to an audience of family and friends gathered under sunny skies on the Quad," a press release about the graduation indicated.
