Beat Cabin Fever - Learn to Drum

Newbie Class starts next week............... Monday, January 24, 2011
This 10 week class covers everything a new drummer needs to know to get started.

Learn the basics and build confidence!  This class fills up quickly so

Over the Course of 10 Weeks You Will Learn:  

• drum holding and hand positions
• two basic drums sound - bass and tone  
• simple rhythms to play at home or your next drum circle
• develop a sense of time
• multipart group rhythms will be introduced to enhance your ability to focus & concentrate
• add the "slap" to your repertoire of drum sounds
• answer "drum calls" from your group leader
