State Sen. Bob Mensch to Appeal Disorderly Conduct Conviction

Reports say he will appeal as soon as court date is set.

The Express-Times is reporting that State Senator Bob Mensch (R-24) will appeal his May 9 conviction for disorderly conduct.

The conviction is in relation to an incident that occurred on Interstate 78, in which Mensch is said to have displayed a handgun.

According to the article, Mensch plans to appeal in order to "preserve his reputation."
