Hellertown Borough Advertises Part-Time Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a part-time cleaning job? Can you pass a criminal background check with flying colors? If you answered "yes" to both of these questions, you may want to consider applying for an open position advertised on the Borough of Hellertown's website.

According to the job listing, is currently seeking a part-time cleaning person "to perform typical cleaning duties" at Hellertown Borough Hall for three hours at a time, two nights per week. The successful candidate will have availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and will be able to pass a criminal background check.

The job pays an hourly rate of $10/hour and applications are due to the borough by Dec. 21, 2011.

Applications and a full schedule of duties--which will include cleaning public meeting rooms, administrative offices and police headquarters--are available at Borough Hall, 685 Main St., Hellertown.

Via its website, the Borough also recently announced the launch of its own Facebook page.
