Sarah M. Hart, 49, of North Drive, Lower Saucon Township, was sentenced to two years of probation and 50 hours of community service—as well as a requirement to continue ongoing mental health treatment—for assaulting a garbageman outside her home, the Morning Call reported Friday.
Hart last month pleaded guilty to hitting a Reiss Bros. garbage truck driver in May after she became angry, threw her garbage on the ground and told the man, "Pick it up with your teeth because you are a garbageman, you drive a garbage truck and I drive a Range Rover."
The Morning Call reported that Hart was also ordered to pay the man $605 in restitution to cover the cost of dental bills.
Hart broke off a piece of one of the man's molars when she struck him in the face after pulling him from his truck as he tried to leave, police said.
