A Hellertown woman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police said they received calls from residents concerned about a boy wandering alone in Dimmick Park, according to an article published by the Express-Times.

Linda Frain, 58, of the 500 block of Tobias Drive, told police she had been watching her 3-year-old grandson from her front porch across the street from the park when he disappeared from her line of sight, the article—which cited court records—indicated.
