Woman Had Crack Pipe, Police Say

Hellertown Police say a Saylorsburg woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was allegedly found to be in possession of a used crack pipe and wire mesh.

Hellertown Police say a Saylorsburg woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was allegedly found to have a used crack pipe and wire mesh.

In a news release, police said Donna Ann Rodriguez, 47, of the 500 block of Center Drive was arrested in the 1700 block of Main Street Nov. 1.

Rodriguez was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an alleged equipment violation, police said.
