Woman Had Heroin at Trailhead, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say a Quakertown area woman has been charged with possession of heroin after she was allegedly found with the drug at the Reading Drive trailhead on the Saucon Rail Trail.

Police said in a news release issued Tuesday that Susan Laub, of the 2500 block of Mill Road, was also in possession of drug paraphernalia when she was arrested July 25.

According to authorities, officers were called to the trailhead about 6 p.m. for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
