Woman Had 51 Bags of Heroin in Car, Police Say

Hellertown Police say an Allentown woman whose license is suspended for three prior DUI convictions was found to have 51 bags of heroin following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Main Street Friday.

Hellertown Police say an Allentown woman whose license is suspended for three prior DUI convictions was found to have 51 bags of heroin following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Main Street on Friday, Oct. 25.

In a news release issued Monday, police said Carol Ann Schulter, 36, of the 2300 block of W. Columbia Street, was stopped at 11:57 a.m. for allegedly driving with a suspended registration.

Police said Schulter has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension (DUI-related) and operation of a vehicle following suspension of registration.
