Woman Accused of Hitting Garbageman Could Face Trial
Sarah Hart, 49, of the 3500 block of North Drive, Lower Saucon Township, could face a trial on charges of simple assault and harassment.
The Lower Saucon Township woman accused of assaulting a garbageman and telling him "I drive a Range Rover" in May may face trial on charges of simple assault and harassment, the Express-Times reported Tuesday.
The newspaper reported that Sarah Hart, 49, of the 3500 block of North Drive, appeared before District Judge David Tidd for a preliminary hearing at which Tidd determined there was enough evidence for the case against her to go to trial.
Lower Saucon Township Police say Hart struck her Reiss Bros. garbageman hard enough to break off a piece of one of his molars and ordered him to pick up her garbage with his teeth after his truck initially passed her home.
