Two Borough Men Arrested: One for DUI, One for Marijuana Possession

The following incidents have been reported by the Hellertown Police Department:

  • DUI - On March 30 at 8:31pm at East High Street and Oliver Alley police stopped Robert R. Molitorisz, 69, of 844 Juniper Road, Hellertown, for alleged traffic violations. Molitorisz was subsequently determined by police to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested for DUI. Molitorisz was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .16 percent, police said. 
  • Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana - On April 10 at 1:58am in the unit block of Hess Avenue police stopped Glen Eric Martin, 31, of 70 Hess Ave., Hellertown, for an alleged traffic violation. Martin was subsequently arrested for Title 35 violations and has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to traffic offenses, police said.
