In a news release issued Monday, police said Edward Ruth was attempting to turn left onto College Drive when "the large concrete section that was being hauled shifted and caused the tractor-trailer to roll over to its right side."

Police said officers had to help Ruth out of the truck's cab, and added that he was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital for an evaluation following the 1:51 p.m. accident.
