Lower Saucon Township Police say a Bethlehem Township man will be charged with disorderly conduct, after he allegedly blocked Rt. 378 with his tractor trailer, got out of his vehicle and grabbed another motorist's cell phone while she was trying to take his photo and a photo of his license plate.

Police said the alleged incident began when John Quinn, of the 3200 block of Withee Court, "pulled out in front of a female driver on Rt. 378 near Keystone Automotive" at 12:15 p.m. Friday.

Police said the woman honked her horn at Quinn, "which caused him to block the roadway with his truck, get out and start yelling at [her]."

After that, police said he tried to grab the woman's phone.

Quinn will also receive a traffic citation for allegedly blocking the roadway, according to authorities.
