Girl Allegedly Tells Teacher, 'I Ain't Afraid of No Cop'

According to Lower Saucon Township police, a 14-year-old student will be cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly giving a teacher the middle finger, cursing and stating "I ain't afraid of no cop" at Saucon Valley High School March 9.

A student will be cited for disorderly conduct following an alleged March 9 in-school outburst at , Lower Saucon Township police announced in a press release Monday.

According to an article published by the Express-Times Monday, the student is enrolled with the Colonial Intermediate Unit 20, and although housed at the high school is not a Saucon Valley student.

Police said the incident began when the 14-year-old female student exited a classroom while a teacher was talking to a township police officer.

According to police, when the teacher asked the girl where she was going "the student began cursing at the teacher."

The teacher then asked the girl if she was aware that a police officer was standing there, and the student responded by cursing more, giving the teacher the middle finger and stating "I ain't afraid of no cop," police said.

After witnessing this, the officer charged the girl with disorderly conduct, and she will be issued a citation for the same, police added.
