Services for Hellertown Man Killed in NJ Accident Set for Monday

Funeral services for a Hellertown man who was killed when he was shocked by power lines while working in East Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, Wednesday, will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Rupell Funeral Home, 465 Memorial Parkway, Phillipsburg.

Funeral services for a Hellertown man who was killed when he was shocked by power lines while working in East Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, N.J., Wednesday, will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Rupell Funeral Home, 465 Memorial Parkway, Phillipsburg, with a calling hour from 5 to 7 p.m., the Express-Times reported.

James Schulte, 35, was working as a subcontractor for Comcast when the accident along Cider Mill Road happened around 12:30 p.m.

Earlier published reports indicated that he was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Schulte leaves behind a wife, a son, and a daughter, who he helped coach as a cheering coach for the Saucon Valley Little Panthers, the newspaper reported.
