Second Defendant in Bergstresser Case is Local Man

Lower Saucon police have identified Matthew Snyder, of 1287 Seidersville Road, Lower Saucon Township, as one of three individuals allegedly involved in the Nov. 16 burglary of a home on Bergstresser Drive.

In a Dec. 7 press release, the Lower Saucon Township Police Department identified a second man allegedly involved in the  as Matthew Snyder, of 1287 Seidersville Road, Lower Saucon Township.

According to police and court records, Paschall, Snyder and a 16-year-old juvenile allegedly went to the unoccupied home to inquire about pick-up trucks, but ended up entering it and stealing items such as a TV and a laptop computer.

Both Paschall and Snyder have been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, police said in the press release.
