'Road Closed' Sign Stolen from Polk Valley Park

A 'road closed' sign that was being used by Lower Saucon Township public works employees while a parking lot was being painted with lines was stolen from inside Polk Valley Park Oct. 31.

A "road closed" sign that was being used by Lower Saucon Township public works employees while a parking lot was being painted with lines was stolen from inside Polk Valley Park Oct. 31, according to a police department news release.

Police said that the sign and cones were left in place while the paint dried.

When the public works employees returned to the parking lot, the sign had disappeared, they added.

Anyone with information about the theft of the sign is asked to call the Lower Saucon Township Police Department at 610-317-6110.
