Police Say Man Harassed Woman with Horn, Hand Gestures

Lower Saucon Township resident Timothy Carver allegedly laid on his truck's horn as he passed another resident's home on a regular basis.

Lower Saucon Township Police said Sunday that they recently charged a township man with harassment, following incidents in which he allegedly laid on his horn while driving past a township woman's home.

On March 15 at 10:12am, police say Diana Cope, of Bingen Road, reported harassment by Timothy Carver, of 3244 Apples Church Road.

According to police, Cope reported that Carver "continuously lays on the horn of his truck as he passes (her) residence every day on his way to and from work."

Police added that on March 15, "it was observed that Mr. Carver also gave inappropriate hand gestures while in passing...which was observed by Mrs. Cope and her granddaughter."

Carver has been charged with harassment, police said.
