Police: Man Possessed Ecstasy, Marijuana, Scale, Packaging Materials

Lower Saucon Township police say Cassady Condash, of East University Avenue, was found to be in possession of Ecstasy pills and a scale with marijuana on it when police stopped him for traffic violations March 23.

A Lower Saucon Township man was charged with DUI and various drug-related offenses after township police stopped him March 23 for "multiple traffic violations" in the area of East University and Camac avenues, according to a police department press release.

Cassady Condash, 29, of the 1400 block of East University Avenue, was stopped at 2:11am and discovered to be driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Allegedly discovered in Condash's possession were a small amount of marijuana, Ecstasy pills (a controlled substance), and drug paraphernalia, including a scale with marijuana on it and packaging materials.

Police said Condash's blood alcohol content (BAC) was determined to be .11 percent.
