Police Investigating Attempted Burglary on Black River Road

Lower Saucon Township police say a man discovered an intruder in his garage when he returned home Tuesday afternoon.

A Lower Saucon Township resident had an unwelcome surprise when he returned to his residence in the 2600 block of Black River Road Tuesday afternoon, police said yesterday.

The man is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt at the time, police said, and got into an older model, dark green "beat up" Saturn before heading west on Black River Road.
