Police Charge Two Borough Residents With DUI
In separate incidents, Lower Saucon Township Police say they arrested two motorists for DUI in late December.
In separate news releases last week, Lower Saucon Township Police announced their arrest of two motorists for DUI just before the Christmas holiday.
On Dec. 22 at 2:18am, police say they stopped Todd Desmond, of the first block of Durham Street, Hellertown, for traffic violations on Easton Road.
Desmond, whose blood alcohol content (BAC) was allegedly .13 percent, was arrested and has been charged with DUI, police said.

On Dec. 23 at 12:08am, police say they stopped Maria Fritts, of the first block of Bachman Street, Hellertown, for multiple traffic violations on Friedensville Road.
Police said Fritts was determined to have a BAC of .20 percent.
