Occupied Home Broken Into, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say at least one unidentified person broke into a home in the 3500 block of Old Philadelphia Pike on Dec. 11 at approximately 10pm.

Lower Saucon Township Police announced Wednesday that they are seeking information about the identity of at least one person who reportedly broke into a home in the 3500 block of Old Philadelphia Pike Monday at about 10pm.

According to a police department press release, the burglar or burglars may have entered the home through a bathroom window.

At the scene, resident Ritz Vazquez told officers that after she heard someone in her home an empty bedroom was entered and a light turned on.

At least one suspect then entered her bedroom "and noticed that she was home," according to the press release.

"The actor(s) then left the home," police said, adding that there was another family member home at the time of the break-in.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress but were unable to apprehend the suspect or suspects.
