Meth Found Following Traffic Stop, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say Jennifer Reilly, 29, of the 800 block of Maple Road, Hellertown, has been charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

A Hellertown woman has been charged with DUI-controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after Lower Saucon Township Police say she was found in possession of methamphetamine in the Hess parking lot at Route 378 and Black River Road.

In a news release issued earlier this month, police said Jennifer Reilly, 29, of the 800 block of Maple Road, was pulled over at the gas station at about 7:14 a.m. Aug. 15, after she "was observed failing to maintain a traffic lane."

Police said Reilly failed field sobriety tests and was taken to St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus for a blood test.

She has also been charged with summary traffic violations, authorities said.
