Men Stole Bicycle, Hellertown Police Say

Police say Casey Paschall and Frank Torres were recently arrested on charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

Hellertown police announced Aug. 31 that two local men have been arrested in connection with the June 3 theft of a bicycle from a car parked in the 1100 block of Second Avenue, Hellertown.

According to a police department press release, Casey J. Paschall, 19, of the 1200 block of Seidersville Road, Lower Saucon Township, and Frank Torres, 18, of the 1400 block of Main Street, Hellertown, were arrested on charges of theft and receiving stolen property following an investigation.

Police said the stolen bicycle was recovered.
